A deposit of at least 50% of the invoice amount and the full shipping cost is required when an order is placed. The remaining balance will be applied to your credit card on the date of shipment if no other pre-scheduled date is/has been established. All unused product should be returned as well. The cost of shipping and handling WILL NOT be included in any refund where the unused product is not returned.

Accounts will be credited to the credit card account of purchase within 14 days of receipt of a refund request and/or return of unused product, whichever is latest.
